As co-owner of Signarama Downtown, Maggie has found profound joy in the people she serves: her customers and her team. Despite her success, being the 6th largest Signarama in the nation, Maggie always remembers her roots are in customer service and sales. While the leadership team and employee teams do the heavy lift of being sure projects are done on time, on budget, and with pride in workmanship, Maggie remains excited to be involved in customer service and be the best cheerleader she can for the team. Maggie stays busy outside of Signarama with significant contributions to the nonprofit community, but she makes time for her hobbies; tennis, gardening, painting, reading and travel.

With over six years of dedicated service at Signarama Downtown, Claire has evolved from a Sales Assistant working directly under CEO, Maggie Harlow, to managing the sales team and business development. Claire’s favorite aspect of her role is the opportunity to work closely with companies and entrepreneurs in Louisville and Southern Indiana. She takes pride in seeing our work throughout the city and values our position as one of the largest Signaramas in the country. Her leadership style is centered on empathy and support, managing her team as she would want to be managed. Claire is a steadfast guide for our Project Managers, always ready to assist and ensure they have what they need to excel and meet our customers’ needs, timeline and budget. Outside of work, Claire enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine, exploring new destinations, and savoring delicious food with friends. Her vibrant personality and passion for her work make her an integral part of our team.

Christa started at Signarama Downtown, fresh out of college in 2018. She was looking for a career that would utilize her graphic design degree as well as allow her to pursue one of her greatest joys in life- learning! And learn, she did. From assembling signs, to running printers, to graphic design, Christa has worn many hats here at Signarama Downtown. In the last year, Christa has been settling into her role as Graphic Design Manager and loving all the skills she’s developing along the way. She has learned quickly how to develop a team, build camaraderie, and still get a huge amount of work completed for customers. Because of her depth of knowledge in production, her team are experts are making things that not only look good, but can be made accurately by our production team. Christa can often be found initiating interdepartmental problem solving, making her 4th cup of coffee for the day, or possibly participating in the occasional office shenanigans.

Evan is the Production Manager at Signarama, where he expertly oversees the production process, ensuring the delivery of top-quality signage solutions. With extensive experience using EFI, HP, Mutoh, and Fluid Color printers, Evan brings a deep understanding of advanced printing technologies to his role. His proficiency with these systems enables him to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency, driving both innovation and client satisfaction. Evan thrives on the daily challenges of managing production, from initial design through to the final output. His dedication to excellence and problem-solving ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality. Outside of work, Evan’s passion for LEGO allows him to explore his creative side further. Building intricate models not only provides a creative outlet but also enhances his attention to detail and design skills, qualities that he seamlessly integrates into his professional work.

Austin is a dedicated Install Manager who has worked his way up from an installer, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way. This background has given him a deep understanding of his role and enabled him to excel at tackling complex challenges. With a background in graphic design, Austin combines a creative approach with a calm and relaxed demeanor, helping him handle tough situations with ease. Known for his office shenanigans and sense of fun, he adds a lively and engaging touch to the workplace. When he's not at work, Austin enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Louisville, indulging in fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Starting as our Production Manager 11 years ago at Signarama Downtown, Thomas has at one time, or another, performed just about every job at this fast-paced sign company. After a decade of direct, hands-on experience, Thomas’s role has evolved to training and helping guide others through this industry, summarizing and teaching all of those lessons learned. When not at Signarama you may see Thomas way out in some remote, rural area on a bicycle feeding his passion for long-distance, endurance cycling events.

Melissa brings over seven years of experience to her role as Vice President of Business Development. Starting her career in sales, she has steadily risen through the ranks, now focusing on fostering growth and forging strategic partnerships. What she finds most rewarding about her work is the exceptional culture cultivated by our leadership team, which she believes is the backbone of our success. Melissa views herself as a facilitator, equalizer, and connector. She thrives on meeting new people and takes great pride in bringing individuals together, driving both personal and professional growth within the company. Her passion for collaboration and connection has been instrumental in shaping the business's development and success. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys quality time with friends and family and has a special fondness for agriculture. Her balance of professional dedication and personal interests reflects her approach to life and work.
