With over 40 years of experience in the signage and graphics industry, Dee Burkhardt has dedicated her career to helping businesses stand out through high-quality, custom signage solutions. Dee fell in love with the signage industry at an early age. Studying the technology and manufacturing methods became her hobby, and her passion for computers and printing equipment fueled her drive to be successful. This deep-rooted enthusiasm, combined with her expertise, led her to become the owner of three Signarama locations, where she continues to lead with innovation and excellence. One of Dee’s greatest talents is her ability to see potential in others and surround herself with talented, dedicated individuals who have played a key role in her company’s growth. By fostering a strong team, she has built a business that delivers exceptional craftsmanship, cutting-edge designs, and outstanding customer service. Throughout her career, Dee has remained committed to staying ahead of industry trends, embracing new technologies, and delivering creative, impactful signage solutions. Her team specializes in everything from custom exterior and interior signage to vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and branding solutions, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. In her free time, Dee loves spending time with her husband of 40 years, her daughters, and her six grandchildren. Weekends are often filled with cheering on her grandkids at their games, and you’ll frequently find her rink-side, supporting them at hockey tournaments throughout the area.

Trevor Hauk is a trusted district sales manager known for his expertise in corporate branding and design implementation. With a background in graphic design and communication, Trevor has worked in diverse roles over the past 20+ years in the sign industry ranging from production and installation to customer service and project management. He currently oversees the salesforce at the Appleton and Fond du Lac locations, in addition to managing his own customer base. Trevor considers himself a tech and material nerd and loves to see how different substrates can be built and used. When he isn’t at work, Trevor spends his time hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He also enjoys a good supper club and spending time with his dog, Titus.

Cindy Mielke is a devoted bookkeeper and customer liaison with 25 years of experience working with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. In addition to her bookkeeping responsibilities, her keen eye for detail makes her the go-to gal for quality control and any proofreading needs. She particularly enjoys seeing the startup and growth of businesses in our community. You can’t take Cindy anywhere without her commenting on the signage. Outside of work, she enjoys being part of the foster-care community, volunteering at church, and spending numerous hours cheering on her children at ballgames.

Kim Schliep is a reliable client account & marketing specialist with over 5 years of print, design, and inside sales experience. She has found the Client Account Specialist role to be the perfect balance of creativity and sales. Along with expanding Signarama Appleton’s marketing programs, Kim is always eager to learn more about the industry so she can better educate clients on what signage solutions Signarama can offer them. Kim loves seeing local businesses embrace their brand identity through well-executed interior & exterior signage. Outside of work, Kim enjoys expanding her eBay clothing business and spending time with her boyfriend, Wyatt, and their Miniature Australian Shepherd, Bailey.

Travis Turbett was born and raised into the sign industry through his parent’s sandblasted/routed wood sign shop in Wisconsin Dells, WI. From there he received his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at UW Stevens Point. Along with his production manager responsibilities, he provides in-depth training to new employees and oversees the art department. Travis excels at large-scale multi-faceted projects and vehicle graphics. He is a vinyl record enthusiast – with close to 300 in his collection – and an avid woodworker. He recently built a cedar coffee bar and is now working on an oak entertainment center.

Ryan Wienandt was born and raised in the Fox Valley, receiving his Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at UW Oshkosh. Ryan brings 20+ years of design experience in high-end agency and commercial print settings, but his favorite projects have always been wide format signage, exhibits, wall coverings, and trade show design. Ryan excels at brand development, illustration, and visual storytelling. Ryan's hobbies include camping, classic car restoration, and record collecting. When not in the studio, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Heidi), son (Parker), and dog (Chloe).

Maggy Hindmon is a creative Marketing Coordinator with over five years of industry experience. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a degree in Digital Marketing, where she developed expertise in graphic design, AI applications, data analytics, and social media marketing. Maggy brings a strong creative perspective to her work, supported by a passion for the arts, including photography, painting, and design.
