We worked with Signarama Redmond on the window graphics for our new counseling office in downtown Snohomish, and overall it was a great experience.
Our project involved quite a few design revisions as we worked to get the graphics exactly right for the building. Caitlin, Adriana, and their design team were patient throughout the process and helped us dial in the details. They were also very transparent about revision costs along the way, which I appreciated.
The final graphics look fantastic and really help the space feel professional and welcoming for our clients.
There was one installation issue where one of the window graphics ended up lower than the approved proof, but their team responded immediately, took responsibility, and quickly reprinted the graphic to correct it. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how a company treats their customers.
Overall, Signarama did great work and stood behind their product. I would absolutely work with them again for future signage projects.

Alex did a great job with the A-frame sign. He understood that with directional signs (i.e. with arrows), one needed different arrows for a two sided A-frame.
