Jennifer is a native Californian, graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Business focused on hospitality management. Her career spans several hotel companies, mostly in sales with Marriott in Los Angeles where she held different management and director positions. She and her family became Washingtonians about 10 years ago, residing in Olympia. She enjoys spending time, along with her husband, rooting their two teenagers from sidelines of soccer fields and basketball courts throughout the state.

After more than 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry and a few more marketing programs with the State, Chad and Jennifer bought the local Signarama in 2021. Our mission of providing a service for the local community through relationships, a quality product and paying attention to our client's requests makes coming to work everyday fun. Chad grew up in Gig Harbor and relocated to Olympia in 2010. He is a WSU business school graduate, worked for Marriott Hotels, Great Wolf Lodge and Hot August Nights in Director of Sales and Marketing roles. He and Jennifer have two kids and a cat. He poorly plays golf, loves going to sporting events, attends a local church, enjoys spending time with friends and family, sipping a good beer and rooting on the Cougs!
