A Seamless Signage Upgrade for WRRA’s New Office in Olympia

When the Washington Retail and Recycling Association (WRRA) relocated their office near downtown Olympia, they needed signage that reflected their professionalism and clearly identified their new space. Signarama Lacey partnered with their team to deliver a complete signage package—inside and out. This project included five different elements, all designed to create consistency, visibility, and a polished first impression for members and visitors. Inside the reception area, we designed and fabricated a custom acrylic reception sign featuring printed graphics of their logo. The sign was mounted using decorative stand-offs, giving it a clean, modern look with dimensional depth. The result is a professional focal point that immediately reinforces their brand when guests walk through the door. On the exterior entry doors, we installed clean vinyl lettering to clearly identify the office suite and provide an easy-to-read, welcoming entrance. Clear identification is critical in multi-tenant buildings, especially in downtown areas where foot traffic and visibility matter. On the back side of the building, we added additional window graphics and lettering to increase visibility from secondary access points. This ensures the organization is easy to find from multiple approaches and maximizes the value of their window space. We also updated their existing cabinet lightbox sign with a brand-new face featuring their current logo. By refreshing the face rather than replacing the entire cabinet, we provided a cost-effective solution that modernized their exterior presence while maintaining existing infrastructure. Finally, we completed the package with custom office name plates, providing a cohesive and professional look throughout the interior workspace. This project is a great example of how a coordinated signage package creates a unified brand experience.
