As our Production Specialist, she juggles organizing jobs, running multiple printers, building signs, and jumping in wherever she’s needed—ensuring every project stays on schedule and every detail is exactly where it should be. Simply put, getting jobs out the door without Bonnie would be nearly impossible, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her. Outside of work, she loves embracing her newest role as a grandmother and watching her granddaughter grow. And when she’s not busy keeping us all on track, you’ll find Bonnie enjoying one of her favorite pastimes: playing Mahjong—and teaching her friends to love it too.

Robert is the hands-on expert who turns completed designs into real-world signage with precision, craftsmanship, and reliability. He specializes in skilled fabrication and expert installation, ensuring every project has the structural integrity, clean execution, and polished finish that looks just as impressive from a foot away as it does from the street. When he’s not bringing customer visions to life, Robert is usually off exploring mountain terrain on his adventure bike. And because he truly loves working with his hands, he even runs his own handyman business—proof that building, fixing, and creating aren’t just his job, they’re who he is.

As CEO and Partner, Aaron helps clients elevate their brand through thoughtful, well-executed signage that blends strategic design with real-world durability. With a background as a corporate branding designer in New York and years of experience as both a sign shop owner and licensed electrical sign contractor, he brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every project. Aaron works closely with major accounts to ensure their signage is intentional, impactful, and true to each brand’s identity. Outside of work, he’s happiest exploring wherever his road, mountain, or gravel bike will take him. And as a fun fact—Aaron has raced professionally and continues to compete at an elite level, proving he’s just as driven outside the office as he is within it.

Alexia is an essential part of the production team at Signarama Santa Rosa, working closely with Bonnie to ensure every sign looks its absolute best. From weeding and trimming vinyl to mounting materials onto substrate—and stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed—she keeps the fine details dialed in and the production floor running seamlessly. Her precision, teamwork, and willingness to help in every stage of the process make a meaningful impact on the quality of work we deliver each day. Outside of work, Alexia enjoys making art, visiting museums, and never forgetting to “watch the cable” when staying in a hotel. And in a fun full-circle twist, she hopes to become an art teacher just like her mom.

As Signarama’s Chief Operations Officer, Bret is the behind-the-scenes force who clears roadblocks and empowers the team to deliver exceptional customer service. He thrives on creating smooth workflows and making complexity feel simple for both staff and customers. Outside the shop, Bret enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and hitting the trails on his mountain bike. And while he’s convinced he’s hilarious, his children mysteriously disagree—proof that even great leaders face tough critics at home.

Jon specializes in guiding major construction projects, property management teams, hospitals, and large organizations through complex signage needs—from full rebrands to ADA compliance, sign ordinances, and everything in between. Known for his meticulous organization, Jon ensures every detail is accounted for, every deadline is met, and every “t” is crossed and “i” dotted so clients can move forward with absolute confidence. Outside the world of large-scale project management, Jon enjoys collecting wrestling cards and once made a memorable appearance as a contestant on KOFY TV 20’s Dance Party—proving he manages big jobs and spotlight moments with equal enthusiasm.

Lane "Skippy" Jackson is all about building strong, trust-filled relationships and making sure every client walks away genuinely stoked—not just with their finished signage, but with the entire experience of working with the Signarama team. He specializes in solving problems and transforming blank spaces into beautiful, effective visual communication. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him hunting for the next great mountain bike trail to rip. And in a twist no one saw coming (least of all him), Skippy went from being disappointed that his son signed up for baseball to becoming an assistant coach who counts down the days until spring training.

As a Project Manager at Signarama for over 10 years, Ulises brings experience, organization, and calm leadership to every project he manages. He helps clients turn complex signage projects into smooth, stress-free experiences by translating ideas, timelines, and technical details into clear, actionable plans that keep projects moving forward without surprises. Outside of work, Ulises enjoys coaching soccer teams and serving on a board where he can make a bigger impact in his community. A fun fact about Ulises: he loves spending time with his nieces and values family time whenever he can.

Carlos is the go-to expert for vehicle wraps at Signarama Santa Rosa, known for his unmatched attention to detail and his ability to flawlessly align full wraps on vehicles of every shape and size. From complex curves to seamless edges, he ensures every wrap looks crisp, professional, and ready to turn heads on the road. When precision matters—and in vehicle wrapping, it always does—Carlos delivers excellence every time, helping clients showcase their brand with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys long, challenging bike rides through the mountains of Marin County, including summiting Mt. Tam, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters. And before joining Signarama Santa Rosa, Carlos ran his own vehicle wrapping business, bringing years of hands-on expertise to our team.

Known for turning vague gestures and “can you make it pop?” requests into polished, confidence-boosting designs, he helps businesses go from background noise to boldly unforgettable. When he’s not designing, Matt is off adventuring with his family, traveling, or chasing new experiences. And true to his designer DNA, once he notices bad kerning in the wild—he cannot unsee it.
