One of Dee’s greatest talents is her ability to see potential in others and surround herself with talented, dedicated individuals who have played a key role in her company’s growth. Trevor Hauk is a trusted district sales manager known for his expertise in corporate branding and design implementation. With a background in graphic design and communication, Trevor has worked in diverse roles over the past 20+ years in the sign industry ranging from production and installation to customer service and project management. He currently oversees the salesforce at the Appleton and Fond du Lac locations, in addition to managing his own customer base. Trevor considers himself a tech and material nerd and loves to see how different substrates can be built and used. When he isn’t at work, Trevor spends his time hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He also enjoys a good supper club and spending time with his dog, Titus.

Travis Turbett was born and raised into the sign industry through his parent’s sandblasted/routed wood sign shop in Wisconsin Dells, WI. From there he received his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at UW Stevens Point. Along with his production manager responsibilities, he provides in-depth training to new employees and oversees the art department. Travis excels at large-scale multi-faceted projects and vehicle graphics. He is a vinyl record enthusiast – with close to 300 in his collection – and an avid woodworker. He recently built a cedar coffee bar and is now working on an oak entertainment center.

With over four years as the manager of Signarama Menomonee Falls and a strong background in the print industry, Jodi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. Her deep understanding of signage, coupled with her many years in related industries, makes her an invaluable leader within the team. Cindy Mielke is a devoted bookkeeper and customer liaison with 25 years of experience working with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. In addition to her bookkeeping responsibilities, her keen eye for detail makes her the go-to gal for quality control and any proofreading needs. She particularly enjoys seeing the startup and growth of businesses in our community. You can’t take Cindy anywhere without her commenting on the signage. Outside of work, she enjoys being part of the foster-care community, volunteering at church, and spending numerous hours cheering on her children at ballgames.

With 25 years of experience working closely with clients, Jeremy Luhrsen understands how to turn conversations into practical solutions that support real business goals. He especially enjoys partnering with nonprofits and small businesses, where effective signage can strengthen visibility, credibility, and community connection. Outside of work, Jeremy consults as an escape room designer and builder, giving him a creative, practical eye for how people move through spaces, notice details, and respond to visual communication. He has been married for 15 years and has a pit bull mix named Sadie.

Debi Johnstone is an experienced sales representative with 16 years of experience in customer service, project management, and frontline sign sales. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships, guide clients through the full sales process, and deliver branding solutions that help businesses stand out and succeed. Beyond her professional career, Debi has a deep passion for fitness and community. She is a dedicated strength training instructor who loves creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere at the gym; a space that supports both physical strength and emotional well-being. Debi believes fitness should be good for the heart and soul, and she brings encouragement, energy, and connection into every class she teaches. Whether working with clients, hosting events, or supporting gym members, Debi loves adding sparkle and positivity to everything she does.
