With over 16 years of experience in sales, Al is a powerhouse in B2B engagement, lead generation, and end-to-end sales management. He’s mastered the art of cold calling, appointment setting, and closing deals across industries like telecom, life insurance, and healthcare platforms. Whether he’s booking 5–6 appointments a day or managing client relationships, Al brings precision, persistence, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle to every conversation. Proficient in many client engagement tools, Al keeps pipelines full, clients happy, and results consistent—no matter the sector or challenge.

Wayne is the grease that keeps the Signarama machine running! A problem solver by nature, he is always looking for the most practical and efficient way to do things. From daily operations in the shop to working with clients to help their businesses grow and thrive, he is on a constant pursuit for perfection. Wayne retired from the Army after 20 years, and along with his wife and partner-in-crime Gloria started their new chapter here in Northern VA! They quickly found out that owning and operating a small business takes a lot of the same qualities that made them successful leaders in the Army - a can do attitude and an unwavering dedication to the people they serve. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset, paired with her infectiously cheery personality make her the perfect person to be "the face" of Signarama's marketing and sales. When she's not networking at a Chamber of Commerce event or volunteering with local charities, she's using her 24 years of Army finance and budget experience to find ways to provide clients with the highest value products and services for their money.
