Pasang is a seasoned Project Coordinator with over 5 years of experience managing complex, high-impact projects. Known for her upbeat attitude and sharp organizational skills, she specializes in scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and coordinating cross-functional teams. She’s a pro at keeping projects on track—from kickoff to completion—while ensuring compliance, clear communication, and client satisfaction every step of the way. With expertise in many project management tools, Pasang brings structure, precision, and positivity to every project she leads.

Gumbo is the newest addition to the Signarama Tysons Corner family and a tireless leader of the pack! When he's not dutifully napping in his bed, he's roaming the premises keeping the team's spirits up by desperately seeking attention and dropping toys at our feet. Wayne is the grease that keeps the Signarama machine running! A problem solver by nature, he is always looking for the most practical and efficient way to do things. From daily operations in the shop to working with clients to help their businesses grow and thrive, he is on a constant pursuit for perfection. Wayne retired from the Army after 20 years, and along with his wife and partner-in-crime Gloria started their new chapter here in Northern VA! They quickly found out that owning and operating a small business takes a lot of the same qualities that made them successful leaders in the Army - a can do attitude and an unwavering dedication to the people they serve. Gloria truly is the brains of the operation! Her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset, paired with her infectiously cheery personality make her the perfect person to be "the face" of Signarama's marketing and sales. When she's not networking at a Chamber of Commerce event or volunteering with local charities, she's using her 24 years of Army finance and budget experience to find ways to provide clients with the highest value products and services for their money. After a very successful Army career (she outranked Wayne btw), Gloria is excited to apply her leadership, management, and problem solving skills toward helping clients grow their businesses!
