Custom Collaboration Lounge Branding for Redwood in Vienna, VA | Interior Office Signage

Redwood, located at 8010 Towers Crescent Dr, Suite 210, Vienna, VA 22182, wanted to transform its collaboration lounge into a branded space that reflected its values, personality, and vision. Signarama Tysons Corner brought the concept to life through a combination of custom interior signage, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, and printed wall coverings. The project included several different signage elements, each selected to suit a specific part of the collaboration lounge. A clear acrylic sign mounted with standoffs was created to showcase Redwood’s values with a clean, modern presentation. Unlit dimensional letters were fabricated for the lounge tagline, adding depth and visual emphasis without illumination. Cut vinyl graphics were used to display the company’s manifesto, while custom printed wallpaper helped extend the branding across the surrounding interior space. Because the project involved multiple materials and applications, a detailed site survey was an important first step. Our team reviewed the space, surfaces, dimensions, placement requirements, and installation conditions to understand how each element would work together. We then developed mockups to help Redwood visualize the proposed signage and make decisions before moving into production. After the designs were reviewed and approved, our team coordinated the fabrication and installation of the various signage components. By combining acrylic, dimensional letters, cut vinyl, and printed wallpaper, we were able to translate Redwood’s branding and creative vision into a cohesive physical environment. This project demonstrates how custom office signage can go beyond a single wall or logo. A combination of interior signs, dimensional lettering, wall graphics, and branded surfaces can help create a collaboration space that feels intentional, professional, and uniquely connected to the organization. For businesses looking for custom office branding, collaboration lounge signage, dimensional letters, acrylic signs, wall graphics, or custom interior signage in Vienna, Tysons, Reston, Arlington, Fairfax, and throughout Northern Virginia, Signarama Tysons Corner can help bring the complete vision from concept and site survey through design, production, and installation.
