DIM. Because of its robust service culture in all aspects of the business, GQ found a natural niche in the retail and supermarket industry. GQ participated in the design development and production of important nation-wide projects. In 2016, With a desire to expand its presence in the US market and looking to settle in Texas, Edwin open –with his family- a new company GlobalDIM Services LLC / Signarama Austin , offering the same service, support and experience in Signs, Digital Print and Design solutions. Currently he is working on the editing and production of a book about the application, influence and importance of design and his own experience in the self-service retail market industry.

As an architect, Joaquín has devoted almost 35 years to the retail industry, from interior and exterior design to signage in all its applications, with almost one million square meters of sales floor designed or developed under his belt. His solid expertise in architecture and design has always been through his three-phase method; analyze, diagnose, propose. Learn from the existing or missing information, stablish what is needed, what the goal is, and provide a solution. With broad knowledge in construction and sign design, he develops custom shop drawings and constructive details to provide a straight forward path for all involved. For many years he has teamed up with Edwin Treviño, who thought him many aspects of the trade.
