Brad Layton

Brad Layton

Outside Sales Manager

Meet Brad Layton – Sales Veteran, Herd Fan, and Full-Time Dad-in-Training Brad Layton is our Outside Sales Manager and the undisputed king of longevity at Signarama Rivercities—officially celebrating 6 years with us as our longest-tenured employee. At this point, Brad doesn’t just work here…he’s basically part of the building. A proud 2012 graduate of Marshall University with a degree in Marketing, Brad has been living and breathing sales ever since—and thankfully for us, he never takes a day off from being a sales machine. While Brad used to dabble in golf and downtown fun, these days he’s fully embraced the dad life. Most hobbies have been lovingly set aside in favor of snacks, schedules, and chasing around his adorable daughter, Ari. But don’t worry—he never put sales on the back burner. Brad is still out there closing deals, building relationships, and keeping our shop growing stronger every year. You can still catch him cheering on the Thundering Herd with his wife, Emily, especially during football season—now with little Ari in tow as they proudly train up the next generation of Marshall fans. Whether it’s at the tailgating tent or in the stands, the Laytons are representing Signarama and the Herd as a full family operation. Brad may be deep in the world of fatherhood now, but he’s still rocking his role here like the true Sales MVP he is.

Jason Spurlock

Jason Spurlock

Outside Sales Representative

Say hello to Jason Spurlock – Outside Sales Rep, Deal Closer, and Newlywed Legend. Jason brings 13 years of sales experience to Signarama Rivercities, having sold everything from phones to cars and just about everything in between. If it can be sold, Jason has probably sold it—and with a smile, of course. He’s also a proud dad to two daughters, Bella and Nyah, and life just got even more exciting: Bella is now 18 and officially attending Marshall University, meaning Jason is in his next era…college dad mode (send prayers and tuition money). And just when we thought we knew what to expect from him, Jason went rogue and got married on Halloween last year to his wonderful wife, Heather—because nothing says “commitment” like a spooky-season wedding. We adore her, and we’re pretty sure she’s the only one who can keep Jason in line. When he’s not out charming clients and bringing in the next big project, you’ll find him at the gym, at a sporting event, or spending time with his girls. His top bucket list dream is still Greece and Italy—so if he ever disappears, assume he’s somewhere overseas pitching signage ideas between bites of pasta and living his best life.

Tracey Dale

Tracey Dale

Project Manager

Meet Tracey – our project manager and Bernard’s right-hand woman in this wild signage safari. Since joining us in October 2022, Tracey has embraced the chaos and found her groove with our quirky crew. With 13 years in medical records under her belt, she swapped scrubs for signage and never looked back. At home, she and her husband Paul (going strong for nearly 20 years!) are raising four amazing kids—Jordyn, Morgyn, Reagyn, and Kamryn—who keep them constantly on the go between high school and travel softball games. Their furry family members, Ollie the chocolate lab, and Hank the basset hound, often tags along for the ride. Luckily, Tracey’s a dog lover, because our office pups, Letty and Lulu, have claimed the space beside her desk as prime napping real estate.

Caitlin Siders

Caitlin Siders

Marketing Manager

Meet Caitlin Siders: Our Newest Marketing Maven (and Resident HORSE Champion) — Caitlin Siders is one of the newest recruits to the Signarama squad and our fresh face in the world of signs! While she may be new to vinyl, printing, and the mysterious art of chasing down tiny air bubbles with a squeegee, she’s no stranger to marketing magic. Caitlin proudly earned her Associate’s Degree in Marketing this December—because nothing says “holiday spirit” quite like finals week and caffeine-fueled success! Caitlin keeps life busy and full of fun with her three little co-workers-in-training: Kinleigh (9), Jaxon (3), and Addely (2). When she’s not conquering campaigns or dabbling in graphic design, you can probably find her at a cheer competition, knee-deep in glitter, or crafting something that requires more hot glue than is strictly safe. Oh, and did we mention she’s a bit of a baller? Caitlin dominates the daily company game of HORSE, leaving the rest of us wondering if she secretly moonlights in the WNBA. Her mission here at Signarama? To blend her marketing know-how with creativity, fresh ideas, and maybe teach us all a thing or two about TikTok trends—just don’t challenge her to a rematch unless you’re ready to lose gracefully.

Tyler Lilly

Tyler Lilly

Installation Manager

Meet Tyler Lilly: Our Newest “Old” Employee (Now with More Responsibility…and a Toddler Boss). Talk about a blast from the past! Tyler’s back again, and this time he’s not just here for nostalgia—he’s here as our Install Manager, officially climbing ladders both literally and professionally. After working with us for two years during high school, this hometown hero decided to trade in his vinyl cutter for an M4 and join the Army. Four years, countless push-ups, and a whole lot of discipline later, Tyler returned home after serving as a sniper—because apparently installing signs wasn’t intense enough. Now, Tyler’s out of active duty and proudly serving in the National Guard, balancing military life with leading our install crew like a true pro. And if that wasn’t enough excitement, he also married his childhood sweetheart, Haley—proving that some things really do come full circle (including Tyler back at Signarama). These days, Tyler’s biggest mission isn’t overseas…it’s at home, where his 2-year-old daughter Grace runs the household with unmatched authority. Between managing installs, serving his country, and answering to a toddler CEO, Tyler is basically a one-man operation. And yes…we should probably mention he’s our son, so we’re legally obligated to say we think he’s pretty handsome and extremely talented (no bias whatsoever, of course). We’re thrilled to have him back where he belongs—helping lead the team, learning every inch of the industry, and continuing to build a future that’s as bright as the signs we install. Just don’t ask him to drop and give you twenty…unless Grace says so.

Nathan Melville

Nathan Melville

Production/Installation Specialist

Meet Nathan Melville – our rockstar-turned-soldier-turned-sign guy (now officially a South Point local). Straight out of Chicago, Nathan first joined us on loan from the U.S. Army, where he spent four years serving as an infantryman with the 3rd Infantry Division in Savannah, Georgia. After wrapping up his service and heading back to Georgia to officially clear out of the Army with an honorable discharge, Nathan decided it was time for his next big adventure—starting a brand-new life in our little backwoods town of South Point, Ohio, which is just about as far from Chicago as you can get in spirit and geography. Before military life, Nathan had an impressive past life as the drummer for The Giving Moon, a band cool enough to be featured on TV shows like Shameless and Animal Kingdom. (Yes, he’s still technically the most famous person in the shop.) These days, he’s traded drumsticks for squeegees, routers, and drills—learning the rhythm of the sign industry one wrap, CNC cut, and install at a time. Though he’s newer to the sign world, Nathan’s discipline, creativity, and natural sense of timing have helped him fit right in. Whether he’s cracking jokes, keeping pace with the chaos, or laying down precision cuts, one thing’s for sure: with Nathan around, our shop still never misses a beat—even if the soundtrack has changed a little.

Seth Saunders

Seth Saunders

Installation Specialist

Meet Seth Saunders – Ladder Climber, Install Specialist, and Tyler’s Lifetime Teammate. Seth Saunders may be one of the newest members of our installation crew, but around here he already feels like part of the furniture—mostly because many of us have known him forever! Seth is a lifelong friend and former high school soccer teammate of our Install Manager, Tyler Lilly, which means he arrived at Signarama Rivercities with a built-in recommendation… and a long list of embarrassing stories Tyler can use for leverage. Before joining the colorful world of signage, Seth spent five years at Vertiv, where he became a true jack-of-all-trades. That experience gave him a solid foundation in problem-solving, tools, and the kind of hands-on work that keeps our install team running strong. In other words, climbing ladders, working with equipment, and figuring things out on the fly are nothing new for him. Even though Seth is technically new to the sign industry, you wouldn’t know it by watching him work. He jumped in headfirst and hasn’t missed a beat—learning installs, tackling projects, and keeping up with the crew like he’s been doing this since halftime of a championship game. His work ethic, willingness to learn, and easygoing attitude have already made him a great addition to the team. When Seth isn’t helping install some of the biggest and brightest signs in the Tri-State area, he’s usually hanging out with friends, keeping up with sports, or probably getting talked into another story about his high school soccer days. We’re excited to have Seth on the crew and can’t wait to see how high he climbs—both literally on ladders and professionally in the sign world.

Nick Misner

Nick Misner

Installation Specialist

Meet Nick Misner – Installation Specialist (and Resident Skyscraper). Nick may be new to the sign industry, but he’s no stranger to working at heights—coming to us from the world of commercial roofing, where “ground level” was more of a suggestion than a reality. So if something needs installed way up there, Nick’s your guy… mostly because he’s already halfway there at nearly 7 feet tall. When he’s not towering over the rest of the install crew (we’re considering issuing step stools to everyone else), Nick is busy being a dedicated family man. He’s been with his wife, Kimrie, for over a year, and together they’re raising their two little ones—Jiraiya (1.5) and Braylon (8 months)—which means he gets plenty of practice juggling chaos both at work and at home. Outside of the shop, Nick enjoys country rides, eating out, and spending time with his family—usually not in that order, but no judgment if food comes first. We’re excited to have Nick on the team—he’s already bringing a great attitude, strong work ethic, and an unfair advantage when it comes to reaching things.

Tyler Pauley

Tyler Pauley

Print Production Supervisor

Say hey to Tyler Pauley – our Production Supervisor and full-time jokester. Tyler Pauley has been with us for 5 years and brings nearly a decade of sign industry experience to the table—though you’d never guess it by how effortlessly he makes work look fun (and occasionally a little ridiculous). As our Production Supervisor, Tyler keeps the shop moving, projects on track, and the chaos under control… most of the time. Tyler is also the Controller of All the Printers, which basically makes him the keeper of the machines and the guy we all look for when something starts beeping, flashing, or threatening to eat a roll of vinyl. If the printers are happy, the shop is happy—and Tyler is the reason they behave. He’s a proud dad of two: CT, now 17 (yes, still driving—pray accordingly), and Amira, age 4, who fully runs the household and knows it. He also has a legendary nickname around the shop… but if we told you, we’d have to kill you. Seriously. Don’t ask. Tyler drives an hour to work every day, which either means he really loves his job—or really values uninterrupted alone time. Either way, he shows up with energy, humor, and the kind of work ethic that keeps our production floor humming. Tyler isn’t just part of the team—he’s the heartbeat of our shop.

Corey Adkins

Corey Adkins

Wrap Installation Specialist

Say hello to Corey Adkins – our Certified Wrap Wizard and Head of the Wrap Installation Team! Corey Adkins joined Signarama Rivercities in January 2024 and wasted absolutely no time proving he was born for this role. While he was technically “new” to the sign industry at the time, wrapping has always been in his DNA—his family once owned a local tint and decal business, so vinyl has basically been part of his upbringing. After brief pit stops in auto mechanics and healthcare (never at the same time—we checked), Corey found his way back to what he does best: turning vehicles into rolling works of art. Since joining the team, Corey has leveled up in a big way. He’s now Avery Dennison Wrap Certified, a 3M Preferred PPF Installer, and officially heads our wrap installation team—because when you’re that good, leadership just comes with the territory. At home, Corey’s running an operation just as impressive. He’s been married to his incredible wife, Brittany, for 11 years, and together they have five energetic boys: Xavier (14), Dezmond (11), Braxton (9), Tobias (9), and the newest (and loudest) addition, baby Adonis. Yes… all boys. Yes… Corey deserves a medal. When he’s not leading wrap installs, wrangling vinyl, or wrangling children, Corey enjoys sketching and drawing (the artistic kind—not just doodles, he promises). Stop by, say hello, and watch Corey work his certified wrap magic—just don’t ask how he gets any sleep.

Joe Michaels

Joe Michaels

Production/Fabrication Specialist

Meet Joe Michaels – The Channel Letter King & LED Lighting Legend. Joe joined the crew in January 2024, and while he was “new” to our shop at the time, he was far from new to the sign world. With over 12 years in the industry, Joe knows his way around fabrication like a pro. Around here, he’s the Channel Letter King, leading the charge on our production line and making sure our signs light up the town (literally). If it glows, shines, or lights up the night sky… there’s a good chance Joe built it. When he’s not bending metal and working his LED magic, Joe is hanging out with his awesome wife Meghan of 14 years, and spoiling his lucky nieces and nephews whenever he gets the chance. Joe is also our resident comic book connoisseur and video game warrior. If you hear someone passionately discussing superheroes or aggressively button-mashing during a fighting game, there’s a solid chance Joe is involved. Just don’t challenge him unless you're fully prepared to lose with dignity. Swing by the shop and catch Joe in action—he’s crafting letters, lighting up signs, and probably plotting his next superhero origin story.

JD Pemberton

JD Pemberton

Production/Fabrication Specialist

Meet JD Pemberton – Our Fabrication Wizard & Grandpa Extraordinaire. Say hello to JD Pemberton—one of our resident sign sorcerers and an all-around production powerhouse! With over 11 years of sign industry wizardry under his toolbelt, JD jumped into our fabrication crew like he’s been here forever, already turning out sign magic one masterpiece at a time. Around the shop, if something needs cut, bent, built, or brought to life out of aluminum and LEDs, JD is probably the one making it happen. But JD’s talents don’t stop when the tools power down. He’s been married to his amazing wife Shelly for 30 years (round of applause, please!) and is a proud dad to Shelton and Justin. His real boss duties, though, are in his role as “Pawpaw.” JD happily answers to that title for two of his favorite humans—Ellie (9) and Hayden (4)—who he spoils with snacks, laughs, and whatever else the grandkid contract requires. When JD isn’t building signs or chasing grandkids, you’ll likely find him fishing on the lake or relaxing while catching up on his favorite shows like a seasoned pro. We’re pumped to have JD on Team Signarama—get ready to see this guy keep turning aluminum, LEDs, and raw materials into pure sign gold.

Yiorgie Alexandropoulos

Yiorgie Alexandropoulos

Production Manager

Say hello to Yiorgie—our graphic design wizard and in-house tech whisperer. If you think “Yiorgie” is tricky, try his full name: Georgios Alexandropoulos. (No worries, it only took the rest of us two months and three spelling tests to get it right.) Yes, he’s Greek—and yes, he did once own a Greek restaurant, Navarino Bay, with his dad where he was the head chef and boss of baklava for four years. Yiorgie has been slinging stunning designs for over a decade and has been rocking it here at Signarama Rivercities for 3+ years. He’s been married to his amazing wife, Rachel, for 7 years, and together they have a bustling house full of daughters: Lilly (15), Labrini (4), Kalliopi (1), and brand-new baby Fotini—born on May the 4th, which happens to be Yiorgie’s favorite day of the year. (Yes, he's a proud Star Wars fan. May the Force be with him.) These days, Yiorgie’s swapped late-night kitchen chaos for a little more home time—unless he’s off somewhere pretending to be John Wick at a shooting competition. Rachel and the girls are thrilled to have him off the line and out of the kitchen... at least until dinner time.

Dave Wireman

Dave Wireman

Graphic Designer

Meet Dave Wireman – The Quiet Creative, Portrait Pro, and Shop’s Resident Outdoorsman. Dave Wireman is the calm, steady hand behind some of the best design work to roll through our printers. With over 22 years in the sign industry, he’s done just about every job imaginable and has the experience to prove it. Dave has been bringing his artistic talent to Signarama Rivercities since July 2021, and ever since, our design department has been a lot more impressive—and a lot quieter (in a good way). When Dave sits down at his computer, things start to happen. Logos come to life, graphics turn into works of art, and our printers practically give him a standing ovation. His designs consistently help turn our customers’ ideas into something eye-catching, memorable, and sometimes downright stunning. Dave has been married to his wonderful wife Diane for 26 years, and together they’ve raised two great kids, Matthew and Gracie. When he’s not creating incredible designs for our clients, you’ll likely find him doing what he loves most—hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors. Dave recently made the big transition from country life to city living after selling his 48-acre farm and moving to Ashland, Kentucky… though rumor has it he’s still adjusting to having neighbors and fewer trees. In addition to his sign design talent, Dave is also a skilled fine artist who enjoys drawing and painting with a variety of mediums, especially portrait work. His artistic background brings a unique perspective and level of detail to the projects he works on here in the shop. While Dave may be the quieter member of our team, don’t let that fool you—he’s always ready with a quick laugh, a good story, or a bit of wisdom from his years in the industry. His creativity, experience, and steady presence make him an invaluable part of our Signarama Rivercities family, and we’re incredibly lucky to have him on the team.

Whitney Hankins

Whitney Hankins

Graphic Designer

Meet Whitney “Winnie” Hankins – Character Creator, Design Dynamo, and Queen of Cute. Whitney Hankins—better known around the shop as Winnie—is one of the creative forces behind the designs that roll out of Signarama Rivercities every day. With over 15 years of graphic design experience and more than 12 years in the sign industry, Winnie brings a mix of talent, imagination, and just the right amount of playful energy to our design team. If a project needs personality, creativity, and a little artistic magic, Winnie is usually the one making it happen. When she’s not busy creating eye-catching signage for our customers, Winnie is hard at work on her own creative venture, Nerdile Art. Through this side business, she dreams up whimsical characters and turns them into plushies, bags, keychains, and other fun creations. Around here, we’ve learned that if you leave Winnie alone with a sketchpad for too long, an entire universe of adorable characters might appear. Winnie has been married to her husband Josh for 7 years, and when she’s not designing or drawing, you might find her unwinding with a little gaming time—something she admits she keeps slightly “closeted” until the right moment. Her passion for art, eye for design, and ability to turn even the simplest concept into something memorable make her an incredibly valuable part of the Signarama Rivercities team. Whether she’s designing signage or inventing the next Nerdile character, Winnie proves that creativity and a little fun go a long way.

Heather Kincaid

Heather Kincaid

Owner

Meet Heather—our part-time bookkeeper, full-time chaos coordinator, and wearer of all the hats (most of which she misplaced under piles of paperwork and kids’ science projects). Heather bought the shop with Bernard nine years ago in a move that surprised exactly everyone, including herself. At the time, she was a full-time high school teacher finishing her fourth degree from Marshall University—yes, four. She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing, a Bachelor’s in English, a Master’s in Teaching, and a Master’s in English… and still isn’t entirely sure what she wants to be when she grows up. Since then, she’s helped grow Signarama Rivercities into a nationally recognized franchise, earning Signarama Hall of Fame recognition and, most recently, being named a 2026 Women in Signs Award Winner by Signs of the Times—an honor recognizing five exceptional women across North America for leadership and impact in the sign industry. Not bad for someone who once graded essays between install appointments. While she doesn’t technically live at the shop (though it sometimes feels like it), Heather is the heartbeat behind the books, HR drama fixer, unofficial shop therapist, marketing brain, and occasional vinyl peeler when production gets wild. She’s also been known to dabble in graphic design—so if your logo suddenly has glitter, now you know why. Heather and Bernard have a family big enough to staff their own franchise—six boys, most of whom have clocked in at the shop at some point (some more enthusiastically than others). Their oldest, Drew (27), is married to the lovely Bella and living the dream in Barboursville. Justin and Tyler (24) are Army infantrymen—both now proudly serving in the National Guard. Tyler is enjoying life with his wife Haley and their spirited three-year-old, Grace, who runs that household with authority while Justin is living it up in his new home in Jacksonville, Florida which comes fully equipped with a gorgeous finance, Sydney. Nathan (21) continues serving in the Army Reserves and took a year off from his studies at WVU to go overseas on deployment for a year. Christian (21) is advancing through Marshall’s Aviation Maintenance Program, soon to graduate (hopefully). And then there’s Kaden (14), who still roams the shop like a manager-in-training—helping with vinyl scraps, odd jobs, and keeping the shop dogs entertained. When Heather manages to slip away from the shop (rare but impressive), she and Bernard are either tending to their 22-acre farm or cheering on their teams—whether that’s Florida State in Tallahassee, Marshall on game day, or Kaden playing golf and football at Dawson Bryant Middle School. Catch her if you can—she’s the multitasking, degree-collecting, award-winning glue that somehow keeps this circus moving forward.

Bernard Kincaid

Bernard Kincaid

Owner

Meet Bernard—our fearless leader, fabricator-in-chief, sign whisperer, and full-time Work Dad™. Before diving headfirst into the colorful world of signage, Bernard spent 18 years in the construction industry as a 5th-generation union insulator. (Yes, five generations of keeping things insulated—he’s basically construction royalty.) But when the economy dipped and layoffs hit, Bernard pivoted, stumbled into the sign world, and quickly realized, “Hey… I kinda love this.” After three years in the industry and a few “learning experiences” attempting to purchase another shop (translation: total flops), Bernard and his wife, Heather, discovered Signarama online. One meeting with the fantastic folks at corporate later, they were all in. Ten months after signing on the dotted line, they opened their doors—and now, nine years later, the rest is vinyl-covered history. Under Bernard’s leadership, the shop has grown into a nationally recognized franchise with an award-winning team, a Signarama Hall of Fame distinction, and a reputation for tackling projects big enough to require extra coffee and backup ladders. Bernard still wears just about every hat at the shop—fabrication, production, management, sales, problem-solving, pep-talking, mentoring, and occasional snack-stealing. He’s the go-to guy for everything from fixing machines to motivating the crew (sometimes loudly). But the real magic? He credits the incredible team around him. He’ll be the first to tell you he couldn’t do it without his shop family—and frankly, we wouldn’t let him try. So if you see Bernard pacing with a measuring tape in one hand and a coffee in the other, give him a wave. Just don’t be surprised if he tries to recruit you for something—you’ve officially been warned.

Letty Kincaid

Letty Kincaid

Shop Dog

Meet Letty, our four-legged receptionist and full-time shop greeter! Letty is an adorable (and opinionated) English Bulldog who takes her job very seriously—especially the part where she announces your arrival with her signature bulldog "conversation." Don't worry, she won’t bite… but prepare for a full-on lick attack if she decides you're her new best friend (spoiler alert: she will). Throw her ball once, and you’ve got a fan for life. Toss in a treat from the jar on the front counter, and she might just follow you home (please don’t encourage this). Whether she’s snoring by a desk, inspecting vinyl projects, or patrolling for crumbs, Letty brings love, laughs, and just the right amount of slobber to our shop family!

Lulu Kincaid

Lulu Kincaid

Shop Dog

Say hello to Lulu, our wiggly little sidekick and the newest member of our shop dog squad! At just around 4 years old, Lulu (an English Bulldog) has finally figured out how to fit into all her extra skin (a little too well!)—but she makes up for it with boundless energy and tail wags galore. She proudly follows Letty to the front door, offering a pint-sized bark and a big dose of charm to every visitor. Lulu is a certified attention-seeker who will happily trade head rubs for friendship—and if you really want to win her over? Bring popcorn. Seriously. Popcorn is her love language. Swing by, say hello, and get ready for a warm welcome from this snack-obsessed, snort-singing sweetheart (don’t worry—those aren’t growls, just her bulldog breathing in surround sound)!
