Signarama Rivercities Rocks the '80s While Celebrating 40 Years of Signarama!

Big hair, bigger boomboxes, and 40 years of Signarama history! Signarama Rivercities turned back the clock at the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce's '80s Rewind Business Expo, bringing a little old-school hip-hop, a whole lot of nostalgia, and a special tribute to Signarama's 40th anniversary! Our booth featured a giant, larger-than-life boombox backdrop, complete with neon-inspired graphics and a display of Signarama logos through the decades, celebrating the company's evolution since its beginnings in 1986. From the original Sign-A-Rama branding to today's familiar logo, our display was a fun reminder of just how far the brand has come in 40 years. And because no '80s party is complete without a little competition, visitors tested their knowledge with '80s music trivia for a chance to win throwback prizes like mini board games, arcade games, Rubik's Cubes, and Slinkys. We also handed out Pop Rocks and featured a 360-degree video booth to capture everyone's best retro moves. But the real headline? Signarama Rivercities took home the costume contest win! Bernard, Nathan, and Jason brought Run-DMC to life, Tyler rocked his best Flavor Flav impression, and Tracey, Heather, and Caitlyn completed the crew as our very enthusiastic '80s groupies. Apparently, when we commit to a theme, we REALLY commit. Gold chains, bucket hats, tracksuits, and all! The Expo was packed with fellow Chamber businesses showcasing creative themed booths, costumes, games, and giveaways. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, reconnect with friends, and celebrate the incredible businesses that make our Tri-State community special. For us, the event was more than a chance to show off our creativity. It was an opportunity to celebrate four decades of Signarama innovation, growth, and the people who have helped build the brand—all while doing what we love most: creating signage that gets noticed.
