Signarama Rivercities Hosts 3rd Vehicle Wraps & Graphics Master’s Academy

Signarama Rivercities recently welcomed fellow Signarama owners and team members for an engaging and hands-on Vehicle Wraps & Graphics Master’s Academy, focused on helping shops build and grow successful wrap programs. We were honored to host visitors from across the network, including Jeff Cuny, Zach Manual, and Bruce Fritz from Signarama Frazer, PA; George Marshall from Signarama Pittsburgh, PA; Carl Bates from Signarama Chattanooga, TN; and Brandon Flynt from UFG. It was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships within the Signarama family. During the sessions, owners participated in in-depth discussions covering the key components of running a profitable wrap operation. Topics included setting up your company to offer vehicle wraps, facility requirements for success, selecting the right materials, hiring and training employees, project management, sales and contracts, design techniques, vehicle preparation, installation timing and techniques, and establishing warranties, policies, and procedures. While the owners focused on strategy and business development, employees were fully immersed in two days of hands-on installation instruction and design techniques, gaining practical skills they can take back to their own shops. Beyond the classroom and wrap bay, the group also enjoyed time networking and connecting with each other. Of course, no great event would be complete without some awesome food and a little friendly competition with virtual golf. We are grateful to everyone who traveled to attend and share their expertise. Events like this are what make the Signarama network so strong—collaborating, learning, and helping each other raise the bar in our industry.
