Signarama Rivercities Featured in Signs of the Times: Ghosts, Gauges and Growing Together

What do a Signarama shop tour, Topgolf, a haunted sanatorium and team building have in common? More than you might think. They all played a part in our March 2026 company retreat—and in “Ghosts, Gauges and Growing Together,” an article by Signarama Rivercities President and Co-Owner, Heather Kincaid, recently published in the October issue of Signs of the Times. The article shares highlights from our team trip to Louisville, Kentucky, including a visit with fellow Signarama owners Maggie and Brian Harlow at Signarama Downtown Louisville, a little friendly competition at Topgolf and a memorable ghost hunt at Waverly Hills Sanatorium. But behind the fun is a message we believe strongly at Signarama Rivercities: investing in your people is one of the best investments you can make in your business. Getting away from the everyday demands of the shop gave our team an opportunity to connect, recharge and strengthen relationships—and reminded us that sometimes the best team building happens when you're nowhere near the building.
