Bob has been with Deptford Signarama since 2010 and has served as both a co-owner and our Production Manager for over a decade. His leadership, work ethic, and relentless persistence are the driving forces behind our day-to-day operations. Bob leads by example—always making sure the job gets done right. With years of hands-on experience in fabrication and installation, Bob brings a deep understanding of every stage of the sign-making process. He’s not just behind the scenes—he’s on the ground, working alongside the team, solving problems, and pushing each project across the finish line. As a leader and owner, Bob sets the tone for our commitment to quality, reliability, and service.

Sharon purchased Deptford Signarama along with Elaine and husband Bob in 2010. Her previous positions were in Sales & Marketing for Pharmaceutical market research companies. Sharon has been married to Bob since 1984 and they have 3 children, Justin (who is an employee, soon to be partial owner of Deptford Signarama), Brandon and Courtney.Sharon enjoys spending weekends at her house in North Wildwood, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sharon’s recipe for success is great customer service, follow up and providing solutions for her customers.

Justin has been with Deptford Signarama since August 2023 as our Account Executive. He brings energy, experience, and a strong focus on building client relationships to our team. He leads our outside sales efforts, regularly attending networking events and working closely with both new and long-time customers to understand their needs. Justin also oversees our larger-scale projects, ensuring every detail is handled with care from start to finish. Outside of work, Justin is all about family. He’s been married to his wife, Brianna, since 2015, and they’re the proud parents of three children—Lennon, Landon, and London. A proud graduate of Washington Township High School (Class of ’07) and West Virginia University (Class of ’11), Justin is also a passionate Philly sports fan—a true 4-for-4 guy—cheering on the Eagles, Flyers, Phillies, and Sixers every season.

Since August 2016, Colleen has been an important part of the Deptford Signarama team as our Customer Account Specialist. With a genuine passion for helping others, she thrives on building strong relationships with our clients. Whether she’s answering questions, guiding customers through the ordering process, or coordinating project details, she brings clarity, care, and professionalism to every interaction. She truly enjoys connecting with people and making sure each client feels supported from start to finish—because of her, great service is just as important as great signage.

As the Graphic Designer at Deptford Signarama, Charles brings a creative twist to everything we produce—some even joke that he is the second coming of M.C. Escher ("I’ll take that as a compliment!" he says). By blending imaginative design with the practical side of sign making, I help turn our clients' ideas into eye-catching visuals that truly stand out. For the past three years, Charles has deepened his knowledge of the sign industry while feeding his passion for learning new design techniques. Whether it’s a simple decal or a large-scale monument sign, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a project come to life for Charles—from the first concept to the final installation.

Jordan started with Deptford Signarama in April 2024. She designs and helps out with production.
