Ventura Thomas is a proud new co-owner of Signarama Mint Hill, bringing a fresh vision and renewed commitment to serving businesses and communities. With a passion for helping customers stand out and a dedication to exceptional service, Ventura leads a team delivering custom signage and visual solutions that drive growth and success (because your brand is your biggest asset!). When not at Signarama, Ventura enjoys spending time with her two dogs, hosting a monthly book club, and practicing aerial acrobatics.

Rich Grieder

Owner

Rich Grieder is a proud co-owner of Signarama and excited to help business both big and small with their brand communication and visibility. While Ventura dives head-first full time into Signarama, Rich is a commercial real estate broker at JLL, becoming the link between custom signage and the real estate community. In the moments he is not helping with signage or real estate, Rich enjoys wake surfing, DIY projects, and cheering on all of the Carolinas sports teams.
