Zern Vess has been an integral part of Signarama, leading with integrity and a dedication to excellence. The achievement he is most proud of is marrying the love of his life, Dani, in 1996. Zern’s commitment to his community is evident through his roles as a Nixa Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Nixa City Councilman for Ward 1, Central Bank Community Advisory Board Member, and as an active member of Abou Ben Adhem (Shriner) and the Christian County Shrine Club. Outside of work, Zern is a passionate motorsports enthusiast and a Legends driver in the Missouri Legends Series. A true believer in the value of trust and accountability, Zern lives by the motto, "You're only as good as your word." If given the opportunity to meet a business leader from any era, he would choose Henry Ford, whose innovation and vision continue to inspire.

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, I am proud to call this area my lifelong home. I met Zern, the love of my life while dancing, and he has kept me on my toes ever since. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life, and my two amazing kiddos are the achievements I am most proud of. As part of the Signarama team, my favorite part of the job is streamlining processes and finding ways to make our work more efficient. I have a passion for continuous improvement and embracing new tools, like AI, to enhance our business. If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to master Graphic Design—a skill I greatly admire. When it comes to music, my go-to productivity anthem is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwo‘ole, which always lifts my spirits and inspires creativity. I am active in my church, providing my services in media and communications, and I proudly serve as a Chamber Ambassador for the Ozark Chamber of Commerce. My best piece of work advice? Never stop learning. The journey of growth and discovery is what makes every day exciting.

Pam is the heart of our customer experience team, known for her dedication to making everyone feel valued and appreciated. If she could have any superpower at work, it would be the ability to make everyone happy—a reflection of her genuine care for others and her unwavering positivity. Pam’s proudest achievement is earning her Bachelor’s degree at age 62, an accomplishment that showcases her determination and love for learning. Graduating with an impressive 3.85 GPA, she serves as an inspiration to others that it’s never too late to pursue your goals. Outside of work, Pam is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers at several local theaters, sharing her time and talents to support the arts, and enjoys connecting with fellow book enthusiasts in her book club. In her downtime, Pam channels her creativity through drawing, a talent that often surprises those who know her. Pam’s favorite part of her job is working with people, where her enthusiasm and warmth shine the brightest. If she could have lunch with any business leader, it would be the one-and-only Dolly Parton, whose blend of business savvy, compassion, and creativity Pam greatly admires.

Hunter brings creativity and insightfulness to our production team, with a passion for transforming plain materials into eye-catching, colorful signage. His favorite projects involve push-through acrylic signs, where he gets to work with dynamic shapes and lighting effects that really make a statement. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his family and friends, riding four-wheelers, and catching up on his favorite movies and TV shows. When it comes to interests, he proudly admits he's a bit of a social media nerd—always in the know with the latest trends and online culture. If he could have lunch with any business leader, past or present, Hunter would choose industrial giants like John D. Rockefeller or Cornelius Vanderbilt to pick their brains about ambition, innovation, and legacy.

Dani is known for her contagious smile, can-do attitude, and genuine love for people. Her enthusiasm is so infectious that customers often say they can hear her smile through the phone. As Project Manager at Signarama Springfield/Ozark, she thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and finding creative solutions that help customers bring their ideas to life. Dani has never met a stranger and believes the best partnerships begin with a genuine conversation. Whether she’s helping a customer navigate a project, supporting her team, or connecting with local business owners, her goal is simple: make people feel seen, valued, and confident they have someone in their corner. She believes people do business with people and strives to make every customer feel like they’re working with a friend. Outside of work, Dani is passionate about her faith, personal growth, fitness, and encouraging others. Whether she's leading a women’s Bible study, pursuing a new challenge, or cheering on those around her, she believes growth happens when people step outside their comfort zones and invest in one another. She believes her greatest purpose is to love God, love people, and leave every person she meets a little better than she found them. Her personal philosophy is simple: Love God, love people, work hard, and leave things better than you found them.

If Riley could have a superpower, it would be teleportation—no more driving, just instant arrival! A true sports enthusiast, Riley enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports. Did you know Riley served in the Army? This military background adds a layer of discipline and determination to every project. When not on the job, Riley has a surprising talent: juggling! Whether it's work or hobbies, Riley brings balance and precision to every task. Riley’s favorite part of the job is seeing the finished project come to life, and staying productive is all about listening to music. A valuable lesson Riley lives by is “measure twice, cut once,” a motto that ensures top-notch results. When it comes to work style, Riley is all about perseverance, perfectly captured by the song "I Don't Get Tired" by Kevin Gates.

Hi, I’m Lola. As Chief Morale Officer, I take my role very seriously. I boost spirits, supervise production, and ensure morale levels stay appropriately high throughout the day. I appreciate thoughtful introductions and believe friendships are best built slowly. — let’s ease into this. I’m a lady, after all. When I’m off duty, you’ll find me enjoying long walks in the woods, feeling the sun on my fur, or reigning as Queen of Hide-and-Seek (undefeated, by the way). Chicken jerky is my love language, and warm ground on a cool day is my happy place. And while I carry myself with dignity, I do occasionally experience a burst of enthusiasm — some might call them “zoomies.” Even Chief Morale Officers need cardio. If you’re kind, calm, and respectful, we’ll get along just fine. Morale is always higher when there are good humans around.
