Walled Lake Western High School

The new exterior signage for Walled Lake Western High School's Welcome Center embodies essential elements such as effective wayfinding, school spirit, vibrant color, and a fluid design motif that is easily recognizable from the road. These design features not only enhance the school's visual identity but also serve practical navigation purposes. Directional Post and Panel Signs: Wayfinding signs play a crucial role in organizing navigation around the school campus. The Welcome Center sign, strategically located near the entrance, utilizes high contrast colors for maximum visibility and incorporates a subtle graphic element that aligns with the school's established branding. This intentional design enables both students and visitors to navigate the facility with ease. Large Window Coverings: Perforated vinyl window coverings provide an added layer of security while maintaining an appealing aesthetic. The rich blue color reflects the school’s branding and offers ample space for additional graphic elements, such as the school crest and clear welcome center text. This approach transforms the windows into a significant visual asset, effectively replacing conventional building signage due to a lack of mounting surfaces, for a more dynamic look on the glass. Secure Entrance Signage: Is your facility equipped with a buzzer system? Simplify your visitor management process by implementing customized direction signs that outline the entry protocol. These signs help eliminate confusion for newcomers and ensure that the system is straightforward and easy to follow.
