New owners, new signs

It is such a feeling of accomplishment and joy when you can finally put the sold sign out. Then the real fun begins. The municipality requires that you remove the prior owners signs and put up your own in a fairly short window of time. One cannot have channel letters made and installed on this timeline and ordering ahead, when the deal might fall thru, is a no go. A temporary banner satisfied the municipality until we could get this sign installed, telling the whole town that this building is PRIME.
