Mike is the owner of Signarama. He's been in the sign business all his life. He loves what he does, and it shows. He takes the time to build solid relationships with all his vendors and clients. He says that his favorite part of the job is helping his clients stand out above their competition because of the signage that he provides. But he also knows how to have fun, he's always making people laugh in the office. When he's not working, he enjoys sports and spending time with his daughter.

Lino has been in the signage industry for over three decades. He loves his job so much that he says he has never felt like he has worked a day in his life. Lino is an expert in his field so anytime someone has a question he always has an answer. When he is not at Signarama, he enjoys golfing or spending time with his amazing wife, Maria.

Rosetta has been in the sign industry since 2013, starting at a small offset printing company and working her way up to the big signs at Signarama WPB in 2022. She handles greeting the customers in person, over the phone and through online as well. She is there to manage all of your orders from start to finish. When she is not at work she enjoys playing video games, staying at home and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Chasity's integration into our team has been seamless, despite being a newer addition. With a warm and inviting demeanor, her personality exudes a certain charm that instantly puts others at ease. Dedicated to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every customer she encounters; Chasity goes above and beyond to establish genuine connections. Outside of the workplace, she enjoys fishing, spending time with her kids and husband.

Doug started at Signarama West Palm Beach in 2015. Doug's dedication to his customers is evident in the number of repeat customers he has. His hard work resulted in $1 million in sales in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, especially fishing, golfing, and racing.

Kristina joined our team in 2022 and has been an invaluable member ever since. She is responsible for all of our accounting and human resources functions. When she is not crunching numbers or dealing with payroll, she is our office therapist, always ready to listen to our concerns and provide a sympathetic ear. Kristina works here with her sister, Rosetta. Kristina is also a devoted mother of two amazing children and enjoys watching true crime documentaries in her limited free time.

Andres, in his role as the production manager, embodies the backbone of our operation, ensuring that every sign that rolls out of our production line not only meets but exceeds our standards. His approach is characterized by a hands-on demeanor, immersing himself in each project to guarantee perfection at every stage. During his off-duty hours from managing production, Andres finds joy in golfing and cherishing moments with his beloved family.

Gustavo's responsibilities include overseeing the department heads, ordering materials, and scheduling the installations. He is the go-to when it comes to making sure that everything is in order and projects are completed on time with the highest standards. He has a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization, which ensures that deadlines are met, and standards are upheld with precision. He enjoys music, science fiction and showing off his cat when he isn’t at the office.

Rafael is responsible for ensuring that everything we print meets the highest Signarama standards. He does an amazing job, printing to multiple machines and using a wide variety of materials. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Rafael moved to Florida six years ago. He is a skilled grill master and enjoys spending time with friends and family cooking BBQ.

Carlos is in charge of handling so much but where he really shines is when you need his creativity. His mind is endlessly making such beautiful and unique new products that we can offer to our clients. But he's not just the creative genius of the office; he's also the unofficial barista, the master of Cafecito. When he isn’t creating new items or brewing coffee he enjoys spending time at home with his wife.

Brian serves as a fountain of creativity and innovation within our design team. He is full of fresh ideas and has a knack for crafting intricate designs. He consistently dazzles both colleagues and customers alike. Efficiency is Brian's middle name, as he effortlessly navigates through every order that comes his way. When he's not busy creating masterpieces on his computer, he enjoys treating himself to steak and burgers with beer on special occasions.

Miguel's attention to detail is unparalleled, as he meticulously translates even the most intricate ideas into tangible works of art. His deep understanding of materials and techniques enables him to provide invaluable guidance and insights throughout the design process, ensuring that every customer receives not just a sign, but a masterpiece that exceeds their expectations. When not blowing people’s minds with his artwork, he’s melting faces with his guitar solos. You can certainly say that creativity runs through.

John's commitment to excellence extends beyond mere installation. He strives to create an experience that leaves a lasting impression of satisfaction and delight with every project he completes. Customers clamor for John's services. His ability to execute installations while maintaining a warm and approachable attitude makes him a favorite among clients. Despite his demanding schedule, John recognizes the importance of taking time to recharge and unwind.

Rick may be a relatively new member of the team, but his work ethic and skill set are already making a significant impact. He learns quickly and applies his knowledge effectively across all tasks. His versatility and resourcefulness make him a valuable asset, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with competence and efficiency.

Alejandro is a vinyl wrapping master, known for his impeccable work on everything from vehicles to coffee urns. He's often found immersed in his craft, vinyl in hand and listening to his eclectic music collection.

Jose is an installer that we can always rely on to get every job done at record speed and complete accuracy. While he has not been with us for a very long time, he fit in immediately and is a huge asset to our team. He enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful family and creating unique works of art.
