Our team
We are the Boshoff family—new owners of Signarama Naples FL and your local custom signage dream team. We may be new to the zip code, but we are not new to getting things done (and having a little fun while doing it). We traded our life in South Africa for Florida sunshine, coffee-fueled mornings, and lots of vinyl. Each of us brings our own flair—from spreadsheets and strategy to design, installs, and social media reels. Together, we are a proudly family-owned, slightly rugby-obsessed, excellence-chasing tribe. Conrad Boshoff
Owner I Sales and Strategy Lead
Thinks he’s in control (he’s not). Strategic thinker with a whiteboard addiction. Ex-CEO turned local sign guy. Brings spreadsheets to family BBQs. Has seen more countries than most people have socks. Believes coffee solves 93% of business problems. Says “Let’s circle back” way more than necessary.
Lise-Marie Boshoff
Co-Owner
The one really in control. The queen of calm. Can run payroll, plan dinner, and spot a design flaw—all before 10am. Has a sixth sense for knowing when something’s missing (like your logo file). Always remembers birthdays and order details. Brings the heart—and snacks—to every team meeting. Handles chaos like she handles her purse: organized and stylish.
Armand Boshoff
Design Lead / Production Support
Designer by day, Springbok shouter by night. Can turn vague ideas into pixel-perfect signs. Secretly dreams in fonts and Pantone codes. Brings theology, rugby, and creativity to the same lunch table. Knows all the shortcuts in Illustrator and on the rugby field. Thinks the Springboks should always be winning. Takes coffee orders seriously (he has a spreadsheet).
Reynard Boshoff
Sales Representative
Social media savage. Sales guy in training. Can post, pitch, and pass—all in one day. Future outside sales legend (currently warming up). Captain on the field, motivator in the office. Knows the best angles—for signs. A natural people person, he thrives on connection. Whether it's with customers, teammates, or partners, building strong, lasting relationships is always a top priority.
