Absolute 5 star rating. My wife and I wanted to brand our newly purchased building and name it after my dad who passed over 3 years ago. It was a very emotional experience that we did not want to ruin. I met with Damian & explained to him how important my dad was to me and my family. We wanted the sign to be perfect as it would be the trademark of many more buildings to come. They created the design and nailed it. Grant was the rendering graphic designer and came up with the design. It is up and the tears still come out of our eyes every time we look at it. They were there for us every step of the way! Was voluntarily “tasked” with getting Sponsorship Signage created for a nonprofit group. When I agreed to coordinate (what was at first “vinyl decals” for tents at sporting events) it seemed an easy enough project. However, 10 calls to various printers later - many who neither answered the phone nor returned calls)… Damien at Signarama Ft. Lauderdale was clearly the only one I spoke to who had a clear grasp of the project parameters as he requested to actually see one of the tents in person in order to confirm that vinyl adhesive would even adhere to the tent fabric long-term. (I was concerned team’s funds would be wasted w an inferior product.) Damien in office was very candid about the ineffectiveness of vinyl adhesive on the existing fabric and offered other, more viable, signage solutions as opposed to taking cash for stickers then a subsequent “re-do.” (Saving the team from wasting money & me from wasting my time.) Grant the Graphic Artist on project created multiple versions of our sponsors’ designs (one didn’t/couldn’t provide an appropriate “vector” file after many repeated requests) and not only did Grant find one online to use, he maintained his patience & professionalism even EIGHT proofs later (after I’d frankly lost mine many, many hours & days into said project). We finally received approval & today the project is now ready for pick-up. Although I haven’t yet seen the two completed “feather flags” and the tent banner, I have every confidence that they will be perfect as was the service provided.
