• What is the turnaround time for getting a custom sign?

  Turnaround time depends on the type and complexity of the sign. For most standard signs, such as yard signs or banners, production typically takes 5-7 business days once the proof is approved. Larger, more complex signs, like illuminated or dimensional signage, typically take 3-4 weeks once the proof is approved. Need your sign by a certain date? Let us know and we'll work with you to make it happen or provide an alternative that can be produced within your timeline.

• Do I need a permit and how long does that take?

  New exterior signs typically require a permit. Requirements and timing vary by town. We offer permit procurement services to navigate this process for you. Permitting for most towns in our area typically takes about 2 weeks, however some towns locally take 2-3 months to process a permit. We do not begin fabrication of your sign until the permit has been approved.

• What materials are available for my sign?

  We offer a wide range of materials depending on your specific needs. Common materials include vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, and corrugated plastic for outdoor signs, as well as foam board, PVC, and metal for indoor displays. We'll help you choose the best material based on factors like durability, location, and budget.

• Can I see a proof before production?

  Yes! We always provide a digital proof for your approval before we begin production. This ensures you’re completely satisfied with the design, layout, and content before we start making your sign. Our standard pricing includes up to two proofs.

• Do you offer installation services?

  Absolutely! We offer professional installation services for all types of signs, from exterior building signs to interior graphics. Our team will ensure your sign is securely and properly installed for maximum impact.

• How long will my sign last?

  The lifespan of a sign depends on the materials used and the environmental conditions. For example, vinyl banners may last 6-12 months outdoors, while metal or acrylic signs can last for many years. We’ll help you choose materials that best suit your needs, ensuring longevity and durability.

• Can you help with the design of my sign?

  Yes, we have an experienced design team ready to assist with your sign's design. Whether you have a rough idea or need a full concept created from scratch, we’ll work with you to ensure the design reflects your brand and meets your needs.

• What file formats do you need for my art?

  Please provide logo files and any other art as vector files. File formats include .eps, .ai, .svg, and .pdf.

• Can you print Canva graphics?

  We can print Canva graphics (or similar), however it is important to note that Canva graphics are not setup for print production. As a result, the final quality may not look as sharp as it does on screen. Additional fees will apply if your file needs to be recreated to meet minimum print quality standards. Last minute jobs with provided Canva or similar graphics are printed as is with no guarantee for print resolution.

• What sizes do you offer for signs?

  We can produce signs in virtually any size, from small yard signs to large-format banners and building signage. We can even print on bricks! Depending on your project, we’ll recommend a size that fits your space and meets visibility requirements.

• Can I reorder my sign in the future?

  Yes, we keep your design and specifications on file, so reordering is easy. Just let us know when you're ready, and we can quickly produce additional signs without needing to start from scratch.

• Do you offer shipping or delivery?

  Yes, we offer both local delivery and worldwire shipping options. We’ll ensure your sign is carefully packaged and arrives safely at your desired location. We have shipped signs as far as France!

• What prep do I need to do for wall graphics?

  Existing wall graphics should be removed and the wall painted and patched prior to the install of new graphics. We recommend painting with a simple wall paint that is NOT anti-scuff for best adhesion, and letting the paint cure for 2 weeks prior to installation. Our recommended wall paint is PPG Paints Pure Performance Paint & Primer in One, Interior - 100% Acrylic Latex, Zero VOC – Low Odor Paint. This paint does not require us to wait 2 weeks for curing, and graphics can be applied the next day after painting.

• Can you print signs in other languages?

  Yes, we can print in any language! We do not have a translator on staff, and print foreign text as provided. Please ensure you review your proof closely for accuracy.
