Jim has been part of the Signarama Chandler family since childhood and is now one of the current owners. He oversees operations and brings a creative, strategic lens to every sign project, drawing from his background in public speaking and business. When he’s not in the shop, Jim enjoys woodworking and building custom computers.

Allison joined Signarama Chandler to help her in-laws retire and now leads the team in operations and customer service. She supports internal workflow, mentors team members, and helps guide clients through the signage process with care and efficiency. In her personal time, she loves cheering on her daughter in gymnastics and her son in flag football.

Kari has been part of Signarama Chandler since 2005 and currently manages installation schedules for national accounts. She coordinates complex timelines, communicates with clients, and ensures every sign is installed on time across the country. Away from work, Kari enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and playing bingo with family.

Wes joined Signarama Chandler in 2009 and serves as Operations/Fabrication Manager. He creates fabrication plans for custom signage and supports the team in bringing everything from dimensional letters to monument signs to life. On weekends, you’ll find Wes riding dirt bikes and spending time with his two beautiful daughters and wife.

Dany started at Signarama Chandler in 2014 and is now the Creative Production Designer. She leads all things design, branding, and special projects with a strong artistic eye and passion for creativity. During her downtime, she enjoys drawing, Disneyland and spending time with her amazing daughter and husband.

Chris joined Signarama Chandler in 2015 and is Senior Project Manager working with a select group of clients and helping the Project Management team achieve goals and best serve their clients! He ensures Signarama Chandler provides quality and help make projects easy for our clients. He has a keen eye for detail and has gained vast sign knowledge he shares with our team and clients. Off the clock, Chris loves camping, cheese curds, and spending time with his family.

Edna has been part of the team since 2016, supporting Signarama Chandler’s accounting and invoicing. With her background in business ownership and medical practice consulting, she brings expert-level organization and financial insight to the office. When she's not crunching numbers, Edna enjoys water aerobics, traveling to Carlsbad and being with her grandchildren.

Tristan started in 2017 and now works as the Fabrication Technical Designer. She ensures every file is accurate and able to pass municipal code while supporting custom design projects. When not designing, Tristan is actively chasing her two little girls and being an amazing mom.

Renee joined Signarama Chandler in 2017 and now works as the Marketing Specialist and Chamber Ambassador. She manages outreach efforts, attends community events, and spreads the word about the business across the Valley. In her free time, Renee enjoys family adventures with her daughter, Izzy, who’s training to be a Junior Ambassador.

Heidi has been helping local businesses with signage at Signarama Chandler since 2017. She works closely with clients to create impactful fascia signs, lobby signs, and building signage that make a lasting impression. Beyond signage, Heidi is a trivia lover who’s visited 49 states and once lived in a 14th-century monastery.

Ron joined Signarama Chandler’s Fabrication team in 2017 and in 2024 became our Installation Manager. Ron specializes in custom fabrication, is a top-notch sign painter and expert sign installer (yes, we know, he can do it all!) From channel letters to monument signs, he brings each design to life with expert craftsmanship. In his spare time, Ron enjoys working on hot rods and custom cars.

Gavin became part of the team in 2018 and works in Fabrication, specializing in custom signage and router operation. He helps turn raw materials into polished, high-quality signs that meet client expectations. After hours, Gavin enjoys spending time with his wife and at the martial arts studio and when time allows competing.

Jessica joined Signarama Chandler in 2020 and supports day-to-day administrative functions. She assists with special projects, accounts payable and updating our building aesthetics. When she’s home, Jessica enjoys crafting, exercising and decorating, blending her art background into her hobbies and is an expert at Pinterest boards.

Mirta has been a Project Manager at Signarama Chandler since 2020, bringing years of signage experience to the role. She works directly with clients to plan and execute their projects, from vehicle wraps to building signage. At home, Mirta loves cooking, spending time with her son, and embracing the spooky season year-round.

Frank joined the Signarama Chandler team as a Project Manager in 2023. He works on National Accounts as well as with local clients to provide exceptional customer service and help clients bring visibility to their businesses through exterior and interior signage. When Frank is not at work, he loves music - both performing and being a fan! He also loves to spend time outdoors running, biking, camping, playing sports with his son and enjoying family outings.

Ian started with Signarama Chandler in 2021. He is our Printer Operator who is responsible for maintaining and running eight different machines! Needless to say, he is an expert at multi-tasking and paying close attention to ensure each sign is printed correctly and with high quality. Outside of work Ian can be found going to concerts, watching movies or playing video games.

Cynthia started with Signarama Chandler in 2024, however she had been around Signarama since 2002 as her Dad was a long-time team member! Cynthia started as a Customer Account Specialist but quickly discovered she really enjoyed being hands on in making the signs and so moved into the role of Production and Graphics Specialist. In her free time, Cynthia loves to bake (which our team loves!) and playing tennis.

Sophia (aka Sophie!) joined Signarama Chandler in 2025 as our Customer Account Specialist. She is soft spoken, kind and loves helping our clients. Sophia is often the first person on our team you will talk to as she is first on the phone and the friendly face at the front desk you see when you come visit us. At home, Sophia likes making small clay crafts, drawing and painting as well as visiting farmers markets and craft fairs.

Signarama Chandler was happy to have Chase join our team in 2025! Chase loves to help wherever he is needed and has been gaining experience in Fabrication, Production and Installation. Chase has two adorable kids he loves spending time with as well participating in video game Pokemon competitions.

Juan joined Signarama Chandler in 2026 and is an absolute superstar on our installation team. He loves the rewarding feeling of seeing a project through to the very end and making our clients smile. Raised on a ranch in Durango, Mexico, Juan loves to tinker and build things. Outside of the shop, he enjoys video games, target shooting, and is an avid Magic: The Gathering collector and player.
