For this application, a custom banner will be designed 40 feet in length, 10 feet tall, and stationary, almost like an eye-level billboard announcing the price range or type of homes that are being built. It will also include the developer's name, the name of the new neighborhood, square footage and sizes of the houses and/or condos, amenities, and any specials or bonuses the developer is offering.

These semi-trailers are rented, rather than owned by the developers, so the advertisement cannot be permanently affixed. This rules out the use of vehicle graphics or other more permanent options. Once the community is built out, the custom banner will be replaced with an option more in-keeping with the design of the community, often a sand blasted or post and panel sign.

A custom banner can also be reused at another location, once the community is fully built out. It can even be hung outside the office of the new development once the front lots have been bought, or placed in an entirely different location where the real estate developers are trying to catch the eye of potential home buyers.
