Fayetteville, NC (March 14, 2012) – SIGNARAMA, the world’s largest sign franchise, announces local resident Mike “Buzz Saw” DeGroff is now the new owner of the Fayetteville store at 1015 Robeson Street Suite 103.
Before becoming a SIGNARAMA franchisee, DeGroff served for a total of 28 years in the 5th and 3rd Special Forces Group and the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade; he retired June of 2011 as a Command Sergeant Major.
DeGroff says discovering this franchise came at a perfect time because he was ready to retire from defense contracting, adding, “I have always wanted to run a business and my many years experience leading and managing troops has prepared me for this challenging endeavor.”
The new Fayetteville SIGNARAMA opened March 1, 2012. The stores hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. If you’re curious about the nickname “Buzz Saw,” an open house is being planned for late April and DeGroff is willing to tell the story to those who ask. Be on the lookout for additional information about the open house.
