1. Tabletop Trade Show Display
A tabletop trade show display is like a miniature portable display (see #3 below). They're usually about three feet tall, and fit into a very small case, which can be rolled or carried. Setup only takes a few minutes. They're ideal if you do smaller community shows where vendors get a table to display their information, and are usually the least expensive models available.
2. Pop-Up Banners
While these aren't "official" displays, we've had several clients who purchase pop-up banners to use in their trade show booths. You can print a fabric banner to have any image on it, and then either place them around the booth, or even place them close together to assemble a larger picture. The benefit of these is that they're so small and easy to pack, you can fit them into a single suitcase. They're also less expensive than a portable display (below), but a little more than a tabletop display.
3. Portable Trade Show Display
This is the standard trade show display that most people tend to think of, since they fit in the typical 10 x 10 booth. They're available in eight and ten foot widths, and are available either straight or curved. They can even be strung together for 20, 30, and 40 foot booths.
We often produce a lot of trade show graphics for this type of display. While the standard material is soft and almost carpet-like, you can replace these with very large photos that are printed and laminated to a matte over-lay to protect the photo. These units can run anywhere between $5,000 – $10,000, depending on the quality of the product.
4. Custom Displays
The grandaddy of the trade show display world. This is for when you have the big budget, the staff power to assemble it, and the space to store it. There are any number of trade show graphics you can use on one of these displays, so be sure to speak with your local Signarama professionals to figure out how to best represent your brand. The prices on these displays vary, but expect to pay well over $10,000 for one.
Based on your budget and trade show needs, any one of these displays will be ideal for your trade show marketing in 2014. To get some more ideas about trade show display options, please visit our website. You can also speak to someone at your nearest Signarama store.
