Custom Polystyrene Stencils for Large-Scale Building Graphics in Seattle, WA

For this project in Seattle, Signarama Lynnwood worked with PCL Coatings to produce custom stencils out of polystyrene for a building painting application. The stencil was precision‑cut to create a repeating geometric pattern made up of multiple triangle sizes and orientations. Polystyrene was chosen for its durability, lightweight nature, and ability to hold clean edges, all of which are critical when the stencil needs to be reused across a large surface.
