Freestanding Custom Aluminum Sign for Bitumar’s New Quonset Facility

As Bitumar expands operations with a new facility in Quonset Business Park in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, they partnered with Signarama to create a signage solution that delivers durability, visibility, and a strong industrial presence. The result is a freestanding, custom-made aluminum sign designed to clearly mark their new location while reinforcing their professional brand.

Designed for an Industrial Environment

Quonset’s industrial setting demands signage that performs as well as it looks. Aluminum was selected for this freestanding sign due to its strength, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand Rhode Island’s coastal weather conditions. From strong winds to seasonal temperature changes, this sign is built for long-term outdoor performance with minimal maintenance.

The freestanding design ensures the sign is easily visible from approaching roadways, helping visitors, vendors, and delivery partners quickly identify Bitumar’s new facility.

Custom Branding with a Clean, Professional Look

This sign was fully customized to align with Bitumar’s brand while maintaining a clean, industrial aesthetic appropriate for the Quonset area. Our team focused on clarity, scale, and legibility to ensure the sign communicates authority and reliability without unnecessary visual distractions.

Design highlights include:

• Bold, easy-to-read lettering for high visibility

• A streamlined layout that complements an industrial facility

• Durable finishes designed to maintain their appearance over time

The finished sign creates a strong first impression and supports Bitumar’s growing presence in the region.

Expert Installation at Quonset Business Park

Proper installation is critical for freestanding signage, especially in an industrial park environment. Our experienced installation team managed the entire process, including site evaluation, placement, and secure footing to ensure long-term stability and compliance with local requirements.

The final installation positions the sign for maximum visibility while ensuring it remains structurally sound for years to come.
