This project included full fabrication, engineered drawings, permitting, and even a custom black fabric sign cover for the big reveal. Fabrication Specs: • Overall sign area: 2’-7” x 74’-3” (161 sq ft) • Letter set size: 61' 6" x 32" • Reverse, non‑illuminated channel letters • Mounted to a custom bottom‑mount raceway • 4" deep .063 aluminum returns • .090 aluminum faces — Matthews Silver • .190 aluminum backs — Matthews Silver • 5" x 3" x 738" wireway, color‑matched • Structural support brackets securing each letter to the wireway From permitting to production to the reveal moment — this was a truly special installation.
