Powerhouse Gym: Partridge Creek | Interior Collection

Powerhouse Gym, one of our legacy customers, just opened their biggest location yet in Partridge Creek, and they asked their faithful sign company (us!) to take care of all of their signage. To tackle such a large scale project like outfitting this new facility, we had to work in different phases to accommodate exterior and interior signs. These phases encompasses a variety of signage elements, like Channel Letters and ADA inside and outside the building. As the installs are now completed, we would like to highlight a different portion of their signage each week, and this week, we're focusing on Interior Signage. Halo Lit Painted Acrylic Sign Let's start with a beautiful lit interior sign of their logo for their Hall of Fame! Their signature logo has a visually stimulating backdrop made of a vertical slat wood, a beautiful texture for the halo glow to bounce off of. This Acrylic Sign is a Signarama signature, and we build them in house at our Flint facility. The black painted letters are bold, while the illumination from the back creates a soft, elegant glow that elevates the sign and captivates passerby's attention. Dimensional Lettering Throughout many parts of the facility are black dimensional letters. A visually dynamic solution to simple wayfinding, or an engaging wall display when paired with cut vinyl. The FX wall is a great example of this, creating a large definition of what this room has to offer the common gymgoer. Some dimensional letters are placed in harsh lighting conditions, creating interesting shadows that add to their elevated appearance. When paired with other strong texture solutions, like the concrete slabs behind the Pool lettering, creates a focal point with a harsh rugged style of this high end gym. These high end interior signs are just the beginning of the outfitting we worked on for this facility. Next week we'll be covering the wayfinding and ADA compliant signage, which still has the opportunity for personalization seen throughout this project.
