Chief Executive Officer of United Franchise Group and Signarama
Ray Titus is the CEO of United Franchise Group and its affiliated companies. Mr. Titus is a life-long entrepreneur who began his career with his father, franchising legend Roy Titus, and went on to develop a group of successful brands and franchise development services over the last 30 years.
President of Signarama
A.J. Titus has a passion for franchising that few share. The son of Ray Titus, A.J. is no stranger to franchising and business development. As President, A.J. spearheads the growth of the brand throughout the United States and around the world, developing ways to help Signarama franchisees to grow their business. A.J holds an International Business degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University (2014), an MBA from the University of Miami (2017) and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). From being a part of multiple boards including the Rinker School of Business Board and the Titus Center for Franchising, A.J. is passionate about driving change in the business world. He supports policies that help small businesses and most importantly, aid the franchise owners of Signarama.
Director of Vendor Relations
As Director of Vendor Relations, Dan Hofelich focuses on building vendor partnerships for the Signarama family. He helps our franchisees gain buying power in the industry. He’s been with the company for 16 years, starting as a field representative moving up the ranks to Director of Field Support, where he oversaw our support staff supporting our franchisees on the front lines. He continues to focus on supporting our franchisees by driving R&D initiatives and productive vendor relationships for the brand.
Director of Technology
Max Taha is the Director of Technology for Signarama. He has worked on web, design, and IT projects for 18 years across different industries and systems. He has been with Signarama for the last 8 years, dedicated to the brand and its franchisees. Max oversees the Signarama Tech Support and Training departments, providing a complete set of technical and learning services to help franchisees make their business successful.
Director of Marketing
Kristin brings over 15 years of experience in strategic digital marketing, social media, influencer engagement, and analytics initiatives to the role of Director of Marketing. Kristin is charged with developing the overall brand strategy and leading the team that executes the initiatives for the Signarama system across all channels including digital marketing, content, creative and communications.
