We completed a directory sign reface for Combined Properties at their Malden, Massachusetts location by engineering a cost-effective and future-proof solution for an aging post-and-panel sign. The original directory sign featured vinyl graphics applied directly to horizontal slats, which had begun to crack, collect dirt, and fade unevenly. Over time, the slats had also shifted into different shades of brown, creating an inconsistent and unprofessional appearance. Removing and refinishing the original slats would have required full sign disassembly, significantly increasing cost and downtime.
