The project combined vibrant colors, motivational messaging, and product-focused visuals to reinforce the Pilot G2 and SmileyWorld collaboration while creating a welcoming and memorable conference atmosphere. Custom Vinyl Window Graphics Large-format vinyl window graphics were designed, produced, and installed throughout the office to enhance the conference environment. Featuring Pilot G2 product imagery, campaign messaging, and playful graphic elements, the graphics helped immerse guests in “The Happy Pen Place” experience while maximizing existing office spaces. Retractable Banner Display A full-color retractable banner served as a portable branding element for conference areas and gathering spaces. The display featured bold “Write Happier” messaging, vibrant graphics, and prominent product imagery, creating a strong visual presence and reinforcing the event theme. Custom Routed ACM Sign A custom-routed ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) sign with digitally printed graphics was fabricated as a focal point for the event. Showcasing “The Happy Pen Place” branding, the dimensional display added depth and visual impact while helping define the conference space.
