Eric Gossage is a seasoned professional in the sign industry with over 17 years of hands-on experience creating impactful visual solutions for businesses and communities. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Eric has always had a strong connection to his roots and a deep appreciation for the values of hard work, creativity, and service, all of which have shaped his personal and professional life. After graduating from Coronado High School, Eric moved to Tempe, Arizona to pursue his passion for design and communication. He earned his Associate’s degree in Visual Communications, a field that allowed him to combine his natural artistic talents with practical business applications. This foundation sparked his interest in signage and branding, eventually launching his long-term career in the sign industry. Over nearly two decades, Eric has gained expertise in all aspects of signage, from concept and design to production and installation, always aiming to help clients visually express their brand and message with clarity and impact. His work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional achievements, Eric is a dedicated family man. He has been married to his wife, Kristi, for 19 years, and together they’ve raised five wonderful children, four daughters and one son. Family is at the heart of everything Eric does, and he takes great pride in balancing his work life with quality time at home. In his free time, Eric enjoys watching sports, especially football and baseball, and takes any chance he can to get outdoors and go hunting. Whether he’s in the office or out in nature, Eric brings passion, focus, and a sense of purpose to everything he does.

Valerie Gossage is a proud mom to 9-year-old identical twin girls and has been happily married to her husband, Kevin, for 15 years. A graduate of The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, she holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies with a minor in Sustainable Development. Her career path has been as dynamic as her interests. Valerie began in sales within the beef industry, honing her skills in client relations and strategic growth. She now brings that expertise to her role as Marketing Manager and Sales Specialist at Signarama, where she helps businesses stand out with impactful branding and signage. In addition, she works part-time as a Substitute Coordinator at her daughters’ school—a role that keeps her closely connected to her community. When she’s not building brands or coordinating school schedules, Valerie is all about making memories. She loves visiting her hometown of San Diego, soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring the mountains, diving into a good book, dancing to great music, and playing softball. For Valerie, life is best when it’s filled with family, travel, and meaningful connections.

Brad Dean is almost a Colorado Springs native having resided in town since 1992, Brad has 18 years of Graphic Design experience, he has a degree in Graphic Arts and over 5 years of Vehicle Wrap / Large Format Design / Print and installation experience. Brad also has experience designing products, shirts, logos websites and much more!
