Over nearly two decades, Eric has gained expertise in all aspects of signage, from concept and design to production and installation, always aiming to help clients visually express their brand and message with clarity and impact. He has been married to his wife, Kristi, for 19 years, and together they’ve raised five wonderful children, four daughters and one son. In his free time, Eric enjoys watching sports, especially football and baseball, and takes any chance he can to get outdoors and go hunting. Valerie Gossage is a proud mom to 9-year-old identical twin girls and has been happily married to her husband, Kevin, for 15 years. A graduate of The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, she holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies with a minor in Sustainable Development. Her career path has been as dynamic as her interests. Valerie began in sales within the beef industry, honing her skills in client relations and strategic growth. She now brings that expertise to her role as Marketing Manager and Sales Specialist at Signarama, where she helps businesses stand out with impactful branding and signage. In addition, she works part-time as a Substitute Coordinator at her daughters’ school—a role that keeps her closely connected to her community. When she’s not building brands or coordinating school schedules, Valerie is all about making memories. She loves visiting her hometown of San Diego, soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring the mountains, diving into a good book, dancing to great music, and playing softball.
