Bob Diaco and his wife Paula opened SIGNARAMA Vermont in 1994. They have been in business over 18 years, running a family operated store servicing the entire state.
Their specialty is carved and multi-dimensional signs, a style of signs that give a richness that flat signs can’t. They’ve been focusing on this aspect of signage for 15+ years. Dimensional signs are very popular in New England, and SIGNARAMA Vermont has been providing them to many satisfied customers.
SIGNARAMA Vermont uses laser engravers to engrave signs and cut out letters. Gilding can be done by placing 14k gold in the proper areas. Signs can be embossed, by placing materials atop the other materials, to give a multi-dimensional appearance.
They also specialize in both lighted signs and channel letters. Channel letter signs are individually lighted letters (each letter is like an individual sign) that make up the name of the customer’s store, restaurant, etc. You often see these signs on big box stores.
SIGNARAMA Vermont is a traditional sign shop using a lot of the old techniques as well as new technology. Their approach sets them apart from your average sign shop or quick-print shop. The store is located at 3073 Williston Road in South Burlington, Vermont.
