Signarama Irmo is located in a bustling suburb of Columbia, South Carolina. They came up with a quick and inexpensive solution for the hotel: reface the interstate pylon sign with a banner as a temporary sign. The interstate sign is 90 feet tall with faces measuring 24’ x 14’. Banners proved to be a fantastic solution as they are easy and fast to print, are temporary, but still offer visibility and are meant to survive varied weather conditions. Since the signage will only be in place for 6 months, it didn’t make sense to invest large amounts of money in the project and banners checked off every box in their “must have” list.

Although they were working on a tight deadline, it needed to be attractive as well as functional. Signarama Irmo found themselves installing the banner for Columbia Northeast Hotel on a cold, rainy day because the job needed to get done.
